A lot of moments in Endgame such as Black Widow sacrificing herself for the soul stone, Tony meeting his dad, Thor meeting his mother, all the dead heroes coming back after Hulk snapped, Tony giving Cap his shield back, Tony's death and funeral, Cap giving Sam the position of Captain America, and Cap reuniting with Peggy were all very touching. Infinity War had that, but not very much and not as touching as the moments in Endgame.
