Infinity War was mostly just everyone fighting Thanos one at a time and there isn't much "sequence of events," which isn't a bad thing, but it just feels less organized. With Endgame,-1st hour is the Avengers regrouping and getting over the loss they've dealt with in Infinity War. Also them experimenting with time travel.-2nd hour is them time traveling to get the infinity stones to revive the old heroes that lost their lives when -Thanos snapped.-3rd hour was the final battle against Thanos and the old heroes fighting alongside the present heroes in the epic battle against Thanso and his army.So if you can see, Endgame organizes the events much better than Infinity War has.
