While Infinity War's battle was mostly a couple of battles, Endgame was actually a final battle as all of the heroes unite against Thanos and his army in the final battle and the mini battles before it such as Iron Man, Cap, and Thor vs Thanos in a 3 vs 1 battle. Another thing is the suspense and the "I did not see that coming" such as Cap wielding Mjolnir (even though it was foreshadowed he would), Captain Marvel destroying the ships when we all thought all hope was gone for the heroes, and Tony sacrificing his life for the universe. Infinity War had some of that, such as Thanos getting the mind stone and other things like that, but they weren't much as suspenseful as the moments in Endgame.
