This one just barely missed the #1 spot, just BARELY. I like all of the tracks here as they're all fun, interesting and original. It has my two favourite tracks in the game, which are two of my top 20 favourite tracks ever, those being Wario Colosseum and Rainbow Road (my favourite RR in the franchise). Dino Dino Jungle is also an incredibly fun ride through the jungle. However what prevented this from being #1 was Bowser's Castle. Not a bad track at all by any means, but it's not as particularly interesting as say the Wii or N64 versions. So it stays at #2 on my list. - darthvadern
