The first iteration of one of the most consistently successful robots throughout Robot Wars. Firestorm was a sleek, Cassius-inspired wedge, which had a front flipping ram (and a couple of other weapons which weren't as big a factor). In my eyes it was even better than the robot it took inspiration from, as it was nippy, very well driven by Graham Bone and the highly underrated Alex Mordue, and got a famous win against Panic Attack.It lost spectacularly to Chaos 2 in the Grand Final, becoming the first robot to be thrown out of the arena.
