Why is this all the way down to 28? They are one of the best breeds of dogs. They are not only cute, but are independent, quieter and more intelligent compared to other small dog breeds which are more attention seeking and require more care otherwise they'll bark a lot. Shih Tzu's are one of the most adorable too! They make great apartment dogs, and family dogs if the family has a little bit older children since it's a small dog. They usually sleep a lot diring the day but can be really playful too, it depends on the individual dog's personality which can vary a lot depending on it's character and how it's owner trained them. They are known for living a long life of around 15 years which is a lot for a dog. They are curious and are willing to learn, plus are observant of their surroundings. They enjoy sitting with/or on their owner's lap too!
