My ten year old Doberman, Kessy, is the most amazing dog ever! I have three different breeds of dogs and while I love them all, I'm totally taken with Kessy. I've had several Dobermans and they were all very sweet, smart, and gentle. Great family dogs. They seem to get a bad rap because they're portrayed as mean guard dogs in movies, but they are the exact opposite in reality. Great with kids and other animals. Best breed in my opinion.
