Should be higher! I like rowan and I'm saying this. She comes off as very rude and like she thinks she's all that because she's on a show that teaches (more like spoon feeds) you morals. I feel like she thinks she's so important now with her he for she campaign and her gay rights attitude she's always going on about on twitter. Like girl you're 13, go be a kid for once. Plenty of time to march and all that stuff, when I was 13 I was still playing outside not all on social media ranting. Also I get that kids like to be different, but she dresses WAY too old for age. The clothes she wears in photoshoots and outside are bizarre and over the top ugly, I'm not some person crazy for fashion but she really needs help. It's one thing to do one photoshoot that's edgy but all of her photoshoots are literally the same, whacky and weird. I love rowan I think she's pretty, but she should be higher on this list. I feel like she's changed, yeah kids grow up but she's over the top. She has to be involved in EVERYTHING and she thinks she's the new emma watson/audrey hepburn. And her fashion is hideous, the girl is pretty but the clothes she wears for photoshoots and in general are overthetop.
