. Best...show...ever! I just finished watching it and I already miss it. The quality of this show is just spectacular. It's a show made for 8 year olds but even a full grown adult would like it. It teaches many life lessons. Leasons that either we learned as a kid and forgot about or lessons we have yet to learn. Like how everybody needs help. That you aren't expected to do everything by yourself. How there are good and bad guys and those varying shades of grey. Everybody does something for a reason. The things "bad" people do? Those people might feel justified in doing. That we learn from those around us, especially our family. I don't know why or how this got ranked so low. This should be the #1 show to watch. It keeps you hooked. The characters are so lovable and have their own quirks. It also is a blow when you learn Aang's age in the beginning. No 12 year old should have to deal with what he did, but somehow Aang made it through. He even became a better person for it!

I love this show! It's the best show I've ever watched. Everything in it is five star quality. One of the reasons I enjoy it is because of Sokka, my favorite character. Sure, less than 5% of the people who viewed this site picked this as their favorite show, but they are people with amazing taste. I, like some other people, have already finished the show, but it's a show worth watching a million times. I HIGHLY recommend this show to everyone. It has so many twists and turns, and it's a show that I have a lot of good things to say about. I of course won't list them ALL (that'd be a lot to type). Instead, I will end my review with 3 simple words. BEST. SHOW. EVER.

Sure, Fairly Odd Parents and Adventure time are good shows, but in comparison to Avatar The Last Airbender all other shows get blown out of the water. It had likable characters, an interesting plot, the fighting scenes were fantastic, it was amazing in every way. If you have not seen it, this show is an absolute MUST. Sure it might be for kids but I'm pretty sure I can watch this at 40 years old and still love it. This isn't the best kid show, this is one of the best shows period.

Avatar is not just a great kids show, it is a great show. It has character development and plot that out classes most good adult shows, and yet it is presented in a way that all kids can understand. It is one of the few kids shows where the majority of the characters are deep and dynamic, and you can help but love. many of these characters provide not only comedy valuable themes that will stick with any viewer. Thea themes include friendship, redemption, forgiveness, compassion, the senseless nature of violence and the need for peace and caring in a world torn by war, and following your own path regardless of the world around you. It could never be accused of being an empty brain cell killing show that many kids shows are accused of. It's a show that 30 years from now will be one of the immortal classics. Absolutely one of the greatest children's shows of all time. I would list off all the things it has but then this comment would be too long to read. Anyway this show is an absolutely must watch for anyone, your children or even yourself. No matter the age, this show will give you a run for your money because it is just so gosh darn amazing.

I believe Avatar has a slight edge over spongebob for being the number one kids show. Maybe plot does not matter all too much because kids are going to get into what has action. For what it's worth, however, this perfectly designed plot bests those of most adult shows: something I cannot say for any other children's show.

There are very few animes for kids out there but it has come across kids, from my dad, to my cousin. As a kid, I can say that this is much better than legend of Cora in my opinion. It has great humor and morals, and action. There might me explosions from time to time, but they keep it kid friendly. I wish it played more.

This show isnt just good for kids. Its good for anyone. Kinda sickened how this isnt top of the list. I guess quality vs popularity. See shows like Tom and jerry and Arthur and spongebob are good. But their just mindless fun. Sure some tackle some pretty hard subjects, but none of them have a plot to go with it. Sure you may think plots for a kids TV show arent necessary. But to me. I think if youre gonna want your kid to watch a show it should be this one. You wont ever complain about it. Spongebob gets boring after awhile because its going no where. So parents get annoyed. But with this. You get hooked and go for a ride with the story. And it ends eventually sure. But I guarantee your kid will have learned more from this show then you will have any other kid show. And youll have fun with them. Especially the ending. The ending feels more like an MCU movie fight then a simple kid show battle.

It's show entirely about self development and growing, so I can't imagine anything better to watch as a kid. There's a lot of philosophy and deeper things to think about, yet it's absolutely hilarious and so much fun to watch. By far the best kids show.
