Great, intelligent choice! Dire Straits doesn't really have many of what would be considered love songs--I guess So Far Away might be another--but this is just proof of what a talented musician and songwriter Mark Knopfler is. Two suggestions for this list that I haven't seen so far are How Can I Tell You by Cat Stevens and Love is Our Cross to Bear by John Gorka. Google them if you haven't heard them, I think you'll be glad you did.
