Bands like One Direction, The Black Eyed Peas and Jonas Brothers should not be classified as "overrated". no one here cares about them anyways. Now Radiohead is a great example of an overrated band. The fans think they're god-like and will literally do anything to defend the band against criticism. If you don't like Radiohead, you're essentially the epitome of bad music taste and you have no right to express your opinion. They will also make sure every Radiohead album stays at the top of the charts on music reviewing websites by downrating all other albums in said chart. Don't get me wrong, I like Radiohead too, and I think they deserve all the attention they get, but god I do hate their hardcore fans and their mindless denigration of people who don't worship the band.Gimme your downvotes, Radiohead fanboys. I'm ready for them!

Not only are they one of the best 90s band, their work in the 2000s is perhaps even better. Not overrated, but a lot of people who do not get Radiohead like to say they are. As someone who listens to many kinds of music, everything from Aphex Twin to Slipknot, don"t judge music until you can understand why people like it so much. Until then, you don't have to like the music, but don't rant about it until you have immersed yourself in it.

Hipsters have forever ruined this band. Thom Yorke is not the second coming of Jesus Christ, dammit. He could probably cook up hot dogs and hamburgers on a grill and critics would rate it 10/10. There are other great guitarists out there that are just as good or even better than Jonny Greenwood, such as Keith Richards, Johnny Marr and Graham Coxon. Radiohead are a great band, but please, stop worshipping them as the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Radiohead is simply put THE most overrated band in the existence of the world and what makes it overrated is the premise of a superbly toxic and quasi-intellectual fanbase composing mostly of the prepubescent children who believe they're grownups and understand music and art better than anyone else. This is the type of people who will never listen to any sort of criticism and will blindly follow the trends.

Radiohead does not belong on this list.They've released tons of great songs like Karma police, No surprises, Creep, Fake plastic trees, Street spirit (fade out), Paranoid android, etc. In my personal opinion they are very unique and Beatles is way way more overrated than Radiohead.

Radiohead have made some of my favorite songs of all time, but they are still overrated. A lot of people on this list mistake overrated for bad. Overrated does not mean bad. It just means that someone gets way too much credit than they actually deserve.
