Emperor Palpatine A.K.A. darth Sidious is the most evil and wicked of all villains in Star Wars. Emperor Palpatine is way more evil than Darth Vader, in my opinion. He manipulated Anakin (AKA Darth Vader) into thinking he could save Pademe's life, his wife's life. Anakin was having visions of her dying so he asked if there was a way he could learn this power to save her and the Emperor said "Not from a Jedi." After this, Anakin ends up committing himself to Emperor, doing everything he asked, including SPOILER ALERT killing children. The emperor killed his own master for power... he was responsible for so many deaths. He is very evil, waaay more evil than Darth Vader cause in the end, Darth Vader had a heart and had a lot of tragic things happen to him, pushing him to the dark side, all with Palpatine's help!
