I run cross country and have never endured this much pain in my life. You have to be mentally and physically motivated to do this sport. While running I experience so much pain and to make it even worse, the hills, rocks, roots, etc. make it a true journey through the woods. After the practices and races you feel so good that it is over and you know it was worth the pain you went through and you have the support of a team that is like a family to you who will always be there for you. Recommend the sport to anyone who can take this sport very seriously.
