Best episode of the series yet. This episode was the most action packed episode I have seen with perfect mixed story elements and the most surprising death I have seen in the whole series so far. This episode is simply a perfect masterpiece 10/10. This episode would arguably would be hard to top and theonly eepisode that I think possibly could do that is the Season 7 Premiere so far depends if its good. The interesting thing I saw was that episode actually did not show the governor die but showed Lilly shake a bit when she fired her bullets which could indicate the Governor somehow gets out and survives although that would be very unlikely. A cool thing that I would do is mak him survive the attack and have him return in the season 6 Finale back in a new way.

This episode was a masterpiece. No episode came close to the perfection to this episode. While "No Sanctuary" Was my 2nd favourite, the quality still is way behinds "Too Far Gone". I have to give Scott Gimple a lot of credit for being showrunner this season. This episode really made up for Episode's 1-5 slow pace. With Scott Gimple though, I have felt that each that goes by with him is losing its quality. Just because you want to make every season different does not mean you should change the pacing and quality by a significant amount. Season 4 Excellent. Season 5 Very Good. Season 6 okay. Season 7 Good except for the Midseason Finale and Finale being excellent. All Out War should be wrapped up in the first half of Season 8 like the Governor's arch being like that unless another 16 episodes would really pay off. Season 8 should back off from killing too many main characters since Glenn's loss was big enough. I hope that Season 8 will have a faster pace to it and make the last Negan ... more

This episode is simply a perfect masterpiece all through out. With the governor killing Hershel and creating a war with the prison and the battle. One thing I think the show should have done for this episode was happily die by her daughter eating her and have the governor somehow escape again and confront Rick and the gang later on say the season 4 finale and make him part of joe's gang and or a leader of it and make the governor and rick fight an ultimate showdown where rick bites his neck off. An alternate better pitch would be tomake him comeback all the way later down the road, say in the season 6 finale and make him be negan's top man and have a flashback showing after he escapes the prison and moves on, he meets the saviors and he offers to join them and then in the season 6000 finale, all the events that happen stay the same except for the ending executions which shows both the governor and Megan executing 2 people in the Season finale with the cliffhangers staying in play. ... more

Out of the whole Walking Dead Series, this episode was the best. The amount of emotion and action in this episode wad tense. It forever changed the Walking Dead story. However, Season 4 as a whole was not the best. Season 1, 2 and 5 were excellent seasons, Season 3-4 were both bad seasons as a whole. Season 5 was a good season, Season 6 was a yet another bad season, a little better than Season 3 and 4 and Season 7 was a bad season overall as well slightly bettDr than Season 6, 4 and 3. I still say that Showrunner Scott Gimple did a good job in some of the episodes from Season 4-7 that really were engaging (Too Far Gone, A, No Sanctuary, Always Accountable, JSS, No Way Out, No Tomorrow, Same Boat, Twice as Far, The Day Will Come When You Won't Be (good but in a bad way of hurting the show), Go Getters, Sing Me a Song, Heart Still Beating, S7 Ep 9, S7 Ep11, S7Ep13-16. This is definitely the best and most intense episode so far! With all of the deaths and the prison being destroyed, it just made the most action-pact episode even better. But the season 6 finale could actually beat this one and take the #1 spot. With the introduction of Negan, it's the episode we've all been waiting for! As of the end of Season 7, this episode is the best to me I loved the fast paced action and war and loved the end to the Governor war, not to mention was surprised that the Governor killed Hershel. Despite this Season being very slow paced and that this Season is one of my least favourites, this episode is my all time favourite with No Sanctuary(5x1), No Way Out(6x9), Heart Still Beating (7x8) and Sing Me A Song (7x7) being my other 4 favourite episodes.

Best episode of Season 4 and of the entire series so far. This episode alone made Season 4 worth it and a must see despite the first five episodes being a little too slow. The Governor Arch honestly should have lasted longer. He is my favourite Villian so far, even better than Negan to me. Negan is a very reasonable person. To save Glenn, Daryl should have not punched Negan. To Save Abraham, either Rick should have not attacks the outpost or Rick should have handed Negan a rocket launcher to negotiated. For characters though, I love Negan better though. Ever since this episode quality on thw Walking dead has been on a decline of excellent episodes except S5 ep 1, S6 Ep 9, S7 ep 7 and S7 Ep 8. Despite how Season 4 is so unbalanced, it is still my favourite given the development and the Governor.

To me, this was the best episode that scott gimple made. the action was very intense and this was the most intense episode I seen besides the season 7 premiere, which was an episode I really hated because of glenn's death.
