This company took an amazing game by Alim and corrupted it with their greed. Game companies need to make money but gumi is disgusting with how they handle their playerbase. They never listen to them, hand out bans for no reason, can never accept that they are wrong or made a mistake.I have a friend who works for gumi and he told me about how toxic the environment is there and how greedy upper management is because they employees get really low wages.Their website was hacked over a year ago and they still haven't fixed the website.Majority of the players only play to support their guilds which is like their little families and severely hate gumi and the game.

Recent "glitch" (there's plenty of these in the game to be honest) allowed players to buy items without losing tokens they had earned through the game. Immense ban wave removed all legitimate and illegitimate items from players.

I'm surprised Gumi's not higher, honestly. They seem to fail in almost every aspect possible. Brave Frontier used to be a legitimately solid game, but Gumi just gutted it after the JP version stopped making brand new content.
