Pretty much all Jessie cares about is her acting career. The kids always sneak out and she doesn't realize, and she doesn't give any punishments to the kids. They all talk crap about her but she doesn't do anything about it. All she wants to do is brag to Darla, like in one episode she dressed up and acted like the richest person in the world. In one episode she says out loud that she doesn't love her job as a nanny, and that is just wrong. Like the kids she is rude to Bertram, and it's really annoying when she talks about all her boyfriend stories. She isn't a very good example for the kids, like a good nanny should be.

You need to start acting like a responsible adult. Whenever she is responsible, it's creepy. I have to say, when Morgan and Christina Ross hired Jessie they sure didn't hire a good one.jesse pretty much told the kids that she never wanted to become a nanny in the first place. On the episode where she she Shelly Michaels (Maia Mitchell) she told the girl that she was a professional stunt women but she lied...then Emma said Jessie you're not a stunt person and Jessie said I wasn't a nanny but that didn't stop me. Jessie also goes through a lot to please kids who are ungrateful that tells you that Jessie caters to them and is weak...like you does that. Then she makes fun of Ravi by not caring or letting him think that he is invisible or makes him feel not included. Zuri takes back to Jessie and Jessie just sits and takes it.
