You can change the state of all matter, except for maybe plasma. You can remove the energy contained within that matter, possibly even transferring it to yourself. While also being able to stop time, however I am quite confused. Time Dilation states that when matter is moving faster, time moves slower, therefore you can not actually stop time, since you can never reach the max speed. But what happens if matter does not move, does time stop for that object, or does time move infinitely fast, it just does not make any sense. Time can not stop if you move super fast, and if you move super slow, that just would not work. This is less about the ability and more about science.

So you control heat, meaning vibrations, so you don't have to manipulate any elements instead you could just create them, break them, stop them, and turn them into anything. If your up against any elemental users they are completely useless you can control their heat/vibrations and just turn them into nothing. But if you love battles you could play with ice melting them wind making them stand still, fire into nothing, Earth crumbles around or just let it be as it is.. if they try to fight you by hand or weapons they themselves and their items are basically elements so change their vibrations make them explode,implode, disintegrate, literally turn a living being complete solid so basically it becomes an element.
