Most of my frustrations with the fanbase stem from Smash Bros. To be fair, smash fans have always been annoying little insects to tolerate. Rosalina is by no means a bad character, it's just how people handle her is annoying. The smash forums these days get flooded with comments about how "sexy" and "hot fap material" she is to comparisons to other girls in terms of strength (majority of them putting down other female characters in the game, including Bayonetta, who is 10x more OP than Rosie will ever be) just goes to show how the fanbase slowly declined to stupid and shallow reasons to look at a character. I was excited when she was announced but now I just look at Sakurai and pretty much question his decision because now the fanboys won't shut the hell up about her. Rosalina only had a semi popular fanbase when SMG came out, however when she appeared in smash bros her fanbase only grew so much to the point of frustration. Smash fans in general are notorious in the gaming community for being rude and condescending to begin with, but in the case of Mario representatives, they've lashed out at Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings for existing but Rosalina gets a free pass because she's "hot." Daisy gets panned down because they often insinuate that she'd be a "Peach clone" when no one even takes Rosalina into consideration. She's literally just a Space Peach, so why do people insists that Daisy is the "clone" when she has no similarities outside of her dress, when Rosalina, despite a different dress, is literally a copy paste Peach with an emo bang. At least with Waluigi fans, you know some of them joke around and I've met some that do acknowledge that they can be jerks sometimes, but Rosalina's fans justify their actions as ... more

I like Rosalina more then Peach and Daisy (Peach comes before Daisy by the way) and so does my sister. The comments make me change my opinion on Rosalina, I like Rosalina because see looks more mature and I like the way she looks and she wears blue, my favourite colour.
