Although, one may fight that Garnet is just "another character" in the series Steven Universe, I believe that she is more than that. She is just like all of us even though we may not realize it. Garnet chooses to use a monotonous voice to hide any possible emotions. Garnet has dealt with pain and suffering or a while that she decided to not show herself until it was necessary. Throughout the series, Garnet expresses herself through saving the universe, teaching Steven, and conversing with various characters. These aspects show a lot of Garnet's emotions but if only one could see that. We learn that Garnet is a funny and pretty smart and to some, quite attractive. Garnet is by far the smoothest, coolest, smartest and sweetest character in Steven Universe. She is very relaxed and never questioned but deep down she is caring and would never let anything hurt her friends. Garnet is probably one of the wisest, healthiest fusions out there with less than 3 gems. She can stay fused for long periods of time, and her mind (probably projected from her gems) is packed to the brim with thoughts, emotions, and love. She never unfuses constantly because of the negative emotions or the possible outcomes that could happen, that might lead characters to dying. As proved in the episode Mindful Education, she is capable of letting out her negative thoughts and bringing in the positive ones, and try not to let the small, bad details of herself get to her. When I first saw Garnet I was so pleased to see a female, colored character who rocks an afro and has hips! One point for diversity. It's so important for kids to know being tall or short or chubby or skinny or curvy is okay! Also, Garnet is a lesbian relationship. (Even though gems are genderless they use girl pronouns) Ruby and Sapphire are amazing! The show all together is great. Garnet really is amazing!

Garnet is the coolest charachter in steven universe. She is the bwst mom for steven and the best leader. by the way ruby and sapphire are so cute togeather and their love is so strong that they form garnet all the time. She beat jasper and sings the best. Somethimes she is sooo savage and loves fusion as much as I do. She is the most relatible character and super funny. Her gauntlets are super cool and she sees future. isn't that the best power you could wish for. Her voice character is ESTELLE! that's so cool. Sooo that's why garnet is the best character.
