Sipho William Mdletshe and his fianc茅e got caught up in a severe car accident in 1993. Although Siphos fianc茅e managed to survive, Sipho was assumed to be dead as he was so badly injured. Afterwards, his body was taken to the Johannesburg mortuary where he was placed in a metal box for burial.Some time later, he woke up in a confused daze and began to scream for help, which was later heard by some of the workers at the morgue.
