話筒接通今后，接德律風的人要報本身是誰。好比：Hello,this is…speaking.或者…is speaking.

打德律風的人就要申明本身要找誰接德律風。May I speak to… ?或者Is…in/there/at home?

要找的人不在，要說：Sorry,he/She isn't in/here/at home.或者He/She is out right now.
