Probably the worst show on Disney. It is extremely stereotypical and is a little bit racist. Let me start you off. CHARACTER ACTING REVIEWS:Jessie - Poorly acted by Debby Ryan. I thought we was OK on the Suite Life, but now suddenly her acting is TERRIBLE. She has to crack a joke about everything that happens. And she doesn't even have a Texas accent! Oh, by the way, in the story, she's supposed to be from Texas, which she constantly refers to in about every episode. I would give her a 0.1 out of 10. Ok, so she's from Texas. Easily the worst show airing on Disney Channel. It is blatantly unoriginal, uninspired, offensive and stereotypical. 'Jessie, ' the"adult guardian figure" of the show, is a failed musician who ended up being kicked out of a cab in the middle of New York City and somehow managed to end up being the nanny of a family of rich, spoiled brats and their famous parents. Have the replies forgot about common courtesy and the fact that this is a comment section where people can voice their opinions and say what they want. and all caps isn't going to make you look smarter, it makes you look like a fan-person who can't do anything but complain when someone criticizes about your "OTP show." But, the original comment was a tad harsh, as most critics can be. But, as I have watched the show, since my sister loves it, I don't really like it and can see where the original commenter is going with this. Yes, Emma's the stereotypical stupid blonde girl. The characters aren't well played-out, yes, but the show does have SOME gems in it... I think. Saying something to your pillow won't work, and the pillow will start to cry if you treat it with harshness and cruelty. Why does everybody hate pillows? They do such hard work! And, shut up is so commonly overused, and by using it, you could be violating the fact that they could say anything they want. Jessie, as a television show, isn't very good, if you take it as a critic. The characters are stereotypical and Zuri and Ravi might even insult the races they represent, and Emma and Luke could be interpreted as sexist. Money does not matter in this comment section, at least for now. This comment isn't mean. It is a form of criticizing, which can help to better the show, even if it is harsh. But, that doesn't answer the question of why I think this show is bad. So, if you didn't read the whole thing:TLDR: People need to regard manners, Jessie as a television show is stereotypical and might be seen as even racist and sexist, and #PillowsHaveFeelingsToo!

I have a question for all you people that think the plot is normal:would you let a total stranger that you just met on the street 5 minutes ago babysit your kids? I wouldn't and any person with a brain wouldn't either. Jessie should be in college, not taking care of a bunch of rich spoiled brats that don't even respect her. The thing that really bothers me about the show is how mean and rotten and disrespectful the kids are to the adults and they never get told off. Jessie- she never even punishes the kids and pretty much gives them everything they want. What 18 year old even has enough money to GET to New York on her own? Shes not even qualified to be a nanny.
