This movie has a great screen play not only by Wes Craven, but also by Frank Darabont. I've seen other movies he's written for including The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, that 80's remake of The Blob, and that 2010's remake of Godzilla.

After the original, part 2 took a big slide downward. Part 3 came back bigger and better than either. Each teen possessing powers in the dream world, was really awesome! It didnt hurt, that Dokken was used twice in the soundtrack. Great movie!
