Unlike with most jedi, we got to see ahsoka grow up. We saw the rash, snippy padawan develop into jedi knight material. We saw her best and worst, and yet many still loved her, or else Disney wouldn't have brought her back in Rebels. Not only that, but she still has the potential to be a FORCE WEILDER! I'd say she dserves a spot on the list. Maybe not top 5, but definitely a 8 or 9.

Better than most of the jedi in the order. She knew staying with the order would have hurt her more than it would help her, and she was able to find a greater strength without them and act as a 'fulcrum" for the rebellion. Definitely top 10 material.
