You know in History class, you learned when settlers came to the land Pocahontas was there. She was 12 tears old. In this movie, she did not look like she was 12. Princesses are supposed to be fun and young, but in this movie they made Pocahontas look serious and with her hair blowing in the wind and all that junk. And, you know that person she fell in love with? His name was John Smith. If you knew in History class, Pocahontas saved John Smith from Indians who wanted to kill him. Well, instead she fell in love with him. THAT IS NOT THE TRUE STORY! She was supposed to fall in love with Tobbaco and corn owning guy named John Rolfe! Whoever made this movie must have forgotten about what History class said about the story of Pocahontas. This is getting old.

It may not be historically accurate, but that doesn't stop it from being one of my fave movies of all time, along with aladdin and hercules. I'm kind of glad its not historically accurate, because it wouldn't be as awesome. Disney had to make it their own somehow! can you imagine how uninteresting it would be if it was exctly the same as we all knew it?!? there wouldn't be any reason to watch the movie! Or if music isn't your thing, how about you try to develop characters as strong as this? Not historically accurate except for the racial divide. But who cares? Great movie and I loved all the songs. Just around the riverbend is a fun yet serious song, If I never knew you dis not deserve to be deleted, its so touching, and savages is dark and you know how incredibly beautiful colours of the wind is. People hate it due to the fact it strayed too far from its historical story. But hey, its Disney. It never makes things accurate. Sooo...TAKE IT OFF THE LIST RIGHT NOW!
