My grandmother on my mothers side is full blooded Blackfeet. I carry my Native American blood line with great pride and honor. I have been blessed with the honor of sitting down and having a conversation with the former Chief Long Standing Bear. He was a great man and would have made our forefathers proud of what he has done for our people today and how far they have come from the rickety shacks on the old reservations to the beauty of what they have now up near Yellow Stone. No the blackest deserve to replace the Lakota I know many elders because I am so close to being full blackfeet and we beat the lakota many times.we were one of the most feared tribe and you put us in 11 we were one of the most tallest natives we could run for miles just to feed our familyWe were nice and that but we were also strong did you know that we had the most land in montana.we didn't just get it overnight.
