I like the games, and some of the theorists, let's players, fan songs, fanart etc. are genuinely good. But then there are the annoying children who are EVERYWHERE, don't understand what simple words mean, will shout at anyone who doesn't like the game or their favourite character but then say "But everyone's entitled to their own opinion! Why this is not #1 I will never understand. I went to watch an ashens video on YouTube. A ASHENS video, and found the comments full of deprived fans who wouldn't shut the hell up. The first game was good, perhaps even the second was too, but the fandom is what make this game hated. They are hated for the same reason almost all other fanboys are: the fans are too openly obsessed with this game. It grabs onto a quarter of their thought processes and they cannot stop thinking about. I honestly feel sorry for them. I bet they are good people inside. Just give it a year or two and they'll be swallowed up by the chaos that is the internet, only to be replaced with another fandom yet to come. Kinda ominous if you think about it.

I'm a huge fan of Five Nights at Freddy's. I think of the lore interesting and the games fun, but am I some 6 year old? No, I'm 14 years, and aside from bronies, this is a BAD fanbase. Shipping robots/dead kids drives me insane and I hate it. I'd hate to brag, but I have all the peices put together for the lore now, this fandom I'll admit is slowly dying. After I see the FNAF movie and wether it's good or not, I'm finished with FNAF. I may have loved FNAF since the first game, but every fandom has it's time of rotting away... Sad to see the fandom now than before, it really is. That franchise had a good run, but it seriously has to come to an end. Scott Cawthon, your a legend man.. I will never forget those games... But your fanbase was one of the worsts dude...

I shall not comment on the quality of the game itself, but the fan-base for this game is Simply awful. A horrible army of twelve year olds, they become single-mindedly obsessed with the game. They love talking about what night they can get to,the Easter eggs, their horrible theories about the game's lore they ripped off somebody on the internet, and what robots they ship. They emulate fnaf in every way they can, changing their profile names and pictures on various websites to match characters in the game, and go to comment sections and/or message boards to roleplay as their favorite animatronics. They worship Scott as a god made manifest, and are extremely hostile against dissenters. The moment anyone says anything even somewhat negative about the game or scott, they immediately begin irrationally attacking that person, then go jack off to the ridiculous amount of fnaf porn on Google.
