Ok here I go, I'm actually going against the people that hate "Genwunners" because they're more annoying than the people they describe, Genwunners and the kids that'll take anything as long as the effects are more flashy and there are more things added in the newer games, I'm actually in the middle, I like all the games, but let's face it, a lot of the newer Pokemon are just uncreative, they really are, a lot of them are just clones of what we've seen before in earlier titles, they make a good point of people being blinded by nostalgia, but why of all things against Pokemon, where the old games were actually good and can still stand on their own, tell the nostalgia thing to people who say Batman 89 is better than the Dark Knight, who say Grand Theft Auto San Andreas is better than Grand Theft Auto 5, things like that, back to the main topic, all you guys saying "Genwunners are always being annoying saying the new ones aren't creative enough" that's because they're right! I like Pokemon, but some of the fans have made it super hard to watch it because:(1) They never move on. When their favorite character leaves, they go crazy. I mean, Pokemon is an anime, and in anime, your favorite character usually leaves. But the difference is, when a Pokemon fan's favorite character leaves, they get all emotional about it, and are non-stop insulting the new characters and when they leave, start the cycle all over again.(2) Some of the fans are way to old to be watching Pokemon. If it's for your job or YouTube channel than it's fine. But if you're just watching it nonstop because you wanna ruin kids self-esteems and insult the fans opioions, than you've got issues. Pokemon is made for reviewers, and kids, not random teenagers and adults.(3) The worst reason is, they always complain. It's either "Oh I hate this new animation" or, "Ooh, I hate this character! I LOVE Pokemon, even though I am a 12 year old girl, Who's a rare one who isn't kawaii or part of the Eevee cult. I am just a person who likes Pokemon for the game, but there are people who are obsessed with Charzard... IT MAKES ME WANT TO KILL SOMETHING! They can't shut their mouths about gen 1 and how the fat dragon and all of the first gen Pokemon were great and all other games and Pokemon are trash... my god. and don't treat me like crap because I'm 12, that stereotype is not always true
