This is a difference between a side character that is mean, Mr. Krabs and a character that is supposed to be good that does so much bad things that it overshadows everything that the villain of the story does, but I guess you could say that the Bible isn't supposed to have a villain, since it is religious scripture and as such there is no villain. But if one says that Satan is the villain, then one would have to also say God is the villain as well, since Satan is only following God's orders - germshep24
