I highly dislike this class. They tell you about their image about God, but in reality, God is who you chose to pray to and honor. God could be Jack Black. God could be (and most likely is) Rob Halford. and to quote Dio: "Good and Evil, God, the Devil, reside in each one of us. The worst subject EVER! Useless as hell! I wont need bull like when Jesus died or who the apostles are later in life, so whats the point in teaching it. We aren't gonna become priests and nuns. This subject should either be optional or dropper completely. Also religion is meant to teach you about religion and make you like it but seriously, I'm really reconsidering my faith, wondering if I should be Catholic anyone, just because of this subject. I HATE IT SO MUCH!

Religion isn't important. Religion exists because God wants us to be good. That's all. Why do we have to learn about the genesis, Noah's ark, Easter, Jesus death, Satan, David and Goliath, Moses, Egyptians, Mary, all stuff like that?It's totally useless. To make God proud, just be a good person. You don't have to read the bible or stuff.

Religious studies aren't making you be part of a religion ( at least not at my school) they are about learning the beliefs of various cultures around the world. However, while interesting, I do agree that it is quite unimportant, luckily it's an elective rather than something everyone must do. This is coming from a Buddhist (because apparently this argument matters depending on your beliefs)

I believed Christianity in Primary School.But in Secondary School I was sceptic with Christianity.But it's not useless if you want to work in a church for religion. (Yeah not other things for example cooking and art classes in the week, and whatever else they do that you don't need to be a Christian to enjoy.)

Its only important to religious people, people who want to work in religious place. Yeah schools teach many religions not just Christianity. But in many opinions it's a boring subject. In my opinion one of the most simple subject to others. Especially in early school when you just sang the Lords Prayer and listened to the teacher reading Noah's ark lol.
