Don't understand why he is so low on the list. Anyways Tom DeLonge is a bad singer. He sounds whiney and his vocals are terrible. His singing isn't even as good as some people make it out to be, to begin with. I really don't know why I used to like him and Blink 182 so much in the past. - UltraLunalaX

How is he on the list? He actually has some really good performances even though he fails some. He has a really unique and good voice, perfectly suited for punk. He can actually sing really well. I love hearing his voice, he should be last on this list. Watch his Secret Crowds and Everything's Magic live performances, they blow me away.

Ok, Tom usually doesn't sing until the later albums and a few times only in Enema of the State. On Dude Ranch's "Josie", he sung only part of the refrain. Mark is the actual singer if you can't tell the obvious difference in their voices.
