Well, I considered Zootopia to be much better than Frozen, especially plot-wise. I only referred to Frozen because I feel like it's one of the most overrated Disney animated films. And yes- I am well aware of Zootopia's popularity during its "opening weekend." Obviously a highly anticipated movie will have an abundance of views during the time of its premier. Considering that, the fact that Zootopia is on this list is ridiculous. The movie came out so recently that it can not be deemed "overrated"- at least not yet. And did I not say it's underrated "in my opinion"? You don't have to agree. Also, I have no idea how that remark about "political satire" and "social commentary" was relevant to to my previous comment. Overall, Zootopia is a great movie and just shouldn't be on this list in my opinion.

When a movie is practically nothing but social commentary with the occasional "look, we made a reference to some show" or "look we took a bunch of some titles and even previous Disney movie titles and replaced one word with the name of some animal" yet despite being out barely a month has already been declared by many the " best Disney movie ever! 1111! " (in fact people were doing that on its first weekend ALONE; "Frozen"- which I don't care for but don't waste my time going on and on about it- actually didn't reach that point THAT quickly), it's overrated.

"It has such a great message", "everyone should see it because of the message", and if I'm lucky "sure the characters are one dimensional/the jokes seem forced/the plot is unoriginal but it has a great timely message". Seriously, every praise I've heard for this movie boils down to The Message. A message this guy Martin managed to give us decades ago without bad jokes, gratuitous pop culture references, or sexed-up pop stars singing annoying songs.

There is no way a movie that had the biggest ever opening weekend for an animated film is anywhere near "underrated". And believe it or not there are people out there who don't want to be hit over the head with social commentary/political satire and aren't so easily amused by puns. Oh yeah, and "10x better than Frozen"? Like that holds any weight anymore given that it's been applied to every single other animated movie in existence.

Due to this film getting an oscar but Finding Dory didn't I was waiting all day to give this film the beating it deserves, My least favorite type of Disney movies are the ones that are considered to be so popular that everyone expects it to be the new Mickey Mouse because... WHATEVER IT IS IS SO DARN AWESOME! And this movie is the king of that. In the future in Disney, this film should just VANISH! Never be spoken about again.

I've gone on multiple times about this crapfest of a film, but stopped then because I began to talk a bit way too much about only it. However, it's still a crappy film overall in my opinion. Politics all the way through, and a "so greatly timely message". We've already seen a main character not fitting in for the 100th time already and it's especially frustrating in this film, because it's centered around politics and society only. Some more forced nudism, terrible jokes and a lame villain and bam, you have Zootopia - darthvadern
