No duh Simon is the best. People say he is mean, but he just tells it as it is. I'll admit, he could let the contestants down easier because some of his insults are cold. I wouldn't even watch the show if Simon wasn't on it, he keeps it together. I quit watching Idol when he left. He is the only truly honest judge if you ask me. He doesn't beat around the bush or lie because he feels sorry for you. You are either good or not and that's that. - dragonfly99
