I love this series so much, no matter how many times I read it, it never gets old. I love fantasies and reading this made me very happy. I'm always left wishing that it were real. I would love to go to Hogwarts.

This book series is the best. Best part about harry potter is that every person can read the book. A child will be fascinated by the magical school, teenager will love the couples and a matured adult will notice the small life lessons, little details, depth of each character. This book is for all ages. Percy Jackson is great too, Rick Riordan did a great job in blending mythology with reality. But unlike Harry Potter, these books will be relatable for teenagers only. So this is nowhere close to Harry Potter

I was never a regular reader as a kid but once the third Harry Potter book came out and the movies started hitting theatres I immediately bought the first book and, boy, did I ever read the heck out of that thing. Harry Potter is one of the best things that has happened to my life. Finished the 7th book at the end of year 2 (I always was an enthusiastic reader) and never stopped re-reading it. Harry Potter is the only series I know of that has fantastic Movies and books. Recommended for any age!

Book critics can say that other books are "the new harry potters," or the author is "the new JK Rowling," but deep down we know that nothing will ever replace the harry potters by JK Rowling. What can I say that hasn't been said before? It's amazing, even better than the Percy Jackson series. Never have I been so emotionally involved in a book series. The last book made me cry by the way.

This is better then Percy Jackson and the Hunger Games and for the life of me I don't know why 39 clues has more votes then this. I will never stop loving the Harry Potter books and forgive me if I sound mean but Percy Jackson is THE WORST BOOK EVER THE PLOT IS TERRIBLE PERCY IS SO STUPID AND THE BEST BOOK WAS THE LAST BOOK WHEN IT ALL ENDED. Trust me I would know I read all of the books.
