Midsayap不是城市！但是，如果你在那里，感覺就像是在一個城市里。一個有著你每天見到的最友好的人的小鎮。你在每個星期天的神圣彌撒中都能看到同樣的面孔。早起和同一批人一起在高速公路和街道上慢跑是件很有趣的事。它非常著名的哈拉德節現在被認為是最好的節日之一與旅游部區分的卡達亞灣、辛努洛格和迪納揚等大型節日一樣，中薩亞普真是一個小城市般的地方！

Midsayap is not a city! But, if you are there, it feels like you are in a city. A small town with the friendliest people that you see everyday. You see same faces during the Holy Mass every Sunday. Fun to wake up early and join the same people jogging in highways and streets. With its very famous HALAD festival that is now considered to be one of the bests and at par with those big festives of Kadayawan, Sinulog, and Dinagyang (as differentiated by the DOT - Dept of Tourism), Midsayap is really one heck of a tiny city-like place!

Many would say that Midsayap is not a safe place but I tell you, Try to go there and you will see the very friendly Midsayapeneoes, people with a strong faith to God with their patron saint, Sr. Sto. Nino.Its Halad Festival is one of the best Festivals in the entire archipelago with par excellence with other festivals like Sinulog and Dinagyang. It's the first winner of the Aliwan Fiesta, dubbed as the Festival of the Festivals in the Philippines.It's home also to the Notre Dame of Midsayap College, the 1st Notre Dame School in Asia.

Midsayap is very progressing and it's the centre of trade for nearby towns (PALMA Alliance). First Notre Dame in Asia is located in Midsayap and it's one of the best accountancy school in Mindanao and in the Philippines I would say.It's a first class municipality and hope soon it will become a City.

The municipality of Midsayap is comparable to the young cities of SOCKSARGEN. Great people, many resorts within its area amidst the long distance to beaches, mountains, great people, and of course, its Festival HALAD, accredited by DOT to be at par with the main festivals in the Phils such as Sinulog, Ati-Atihan, Dinagyang, and Kadayawan... Etc. Worth the visit. It is a like a tiny city becuase of its city-like zoning.
