Honestly, in most countries all they would do is talking to them or suspending them. however that won't stop a bully from getting his vengeance towards the student who tell on him/her. so if that happens they'll gather their own gang coming back to make a victim suffer and that's when drama and tragedy really breaks loose amongst the public

This when you just beat the crap out of bullies. even if you are not the one being bullied. just stand up to them and punch them right in the face or solar-plexus and take the consequences. even if this backfires and you get beat up instead, at least the bully will realize that your done taking crap from him. this might make the bully think twice about picking on you a second time. - llamabaconllama37
