我覺得俄羅斯軍隊對任何想服兵役的人都好得多，他們是我見過的最難訓練的軍隊，也許除了臺灣的豹子爬行。雖然訓練可能會殺了你，但最終還是值得的，但是徒手訓練似乎比其他國家都更熟練，受訓人員的靈活性是絕對驚人的。人們說俄羅斯對任何人來說都是一個可怕的地方，包括軍事人員，但如果說實話的話，他們對士兵的照顧比美國多，我們在各個部門的軍事訓練上都有所松懈，而俄羅斯似乎總是讓別人覺得他們只是在玩游戲

I think the Russian military is much better for anyone that wants to serve, they are the hardest training military I have ever seen, maybe except for Taiwan's leopard crawl. while the training could kill you it is worth it in the end, the hand to hand training seems more skilled than every other country, the flexibility of the trainees is absolutely amazing. People say Russia is a terrible place for anyone, including the military personnel, but if were being honest they take more care of their soldiers than the U.S. does. We has slacked on our military training with every branch. While Russia's always seems to make everyone else's look like they are just playing games.

Their training includes torture and beatings (in order to make them pain-resistant), breaking concrete-blocks w/ their bare hands/head, being hit with wood and glass-bottles and much more things which are banned in western countries, deemed immoral.By the way, they have what for me are the best ARs in the world: the AK family. Big caliber, extremely reliable and so simple a baby could fix it in the field. They just lack picatinny rails, which the newest AKs have.They also undergo extensive use of Systema, which is their martial art. Features almost any movement you can imagine. People think that just because the some other special forces have less soldiers passing training that they are better than spetsnaz. The thing is, Russian people are just naturally tougher, they are raised that way. If they were to try out for navy seals, 90% of them would have passed.

The only thing I know about their training is that they are made to bathe in animal gore, but they could be beaten by the SAS as the my are trained not to be ruthless like the Spesnaz but to have more of a tactical and logical way of thought so I place my vote to the SAS, tough decision though.

They are solid and more skilled than the SAS so I think the SPETSNAZ are better and deserve to be in the top position. While they also will go down fighting not like the SAS where they say get us out of here they won't fight to the death.
