The only reason SC is listed so high is because it is full of people who have moved here from Ohio, and they are PROUD to be from Ohio. There are "I heart SC" stickers with the heart replaced by the state of Ohio, and stickers that say "Ohio" with the "I" replaced by a palmetto tree. It seems like 1 out of every 5 cars has an Ohio license plate. Hence, the rudeness.But those of us who have been here for generations are actually quite nice.
